Jun 23,2017

FIFA 18 will be available on the PS4 Pro, compared to the opponent's footy title PES 2018, however, but fans have to wait for a longer time to hear what Konami have planned for the Xbox One X.

FIFA 18 is set to be available on both PS4 Pro and Xbox One X.

The official EA sports website lists the popular football titles as available on the Microsoft upgrade console, supporting the 4K Ultra HD.

Other updates for FIFA 18 on Xbox One X have not yet to be revealed, but due to the more powerful hardware, the game is also likely to benefit from faster loading times.

When it comes to PES 2018, it has now been announced that it will release a patch for the PS4 Pro.

Konami global products manager Adam Bhatti released a new message in E3 2017, by telling Gamingbolt that the PES team were aiming for 4K support.

“Right now we’re committing to 4K for PS4 Pro,” Bhatti explained.

“Any of the other features we are not ready to announce right now, we are still testing but we are guaranteed to launch with 4K.”

But when it comes to the Xbox One X, there was less news to announce, although seems to be more to reveal nearer to the console’s launch in November.

“We haven’t made any announcements about Xbox One X. They [Microsoft] made a really cool announcement about X,” he added.

“But it something that as we get closer to Xbox One X launch will be able to talk about it a little bit more. But right now we can’t really say anything.”

Later this year, both FIFA 18 and PES 2018 will have beta runs, and Pro Evo will kick off a multiplayer game test  in July.

The PES 2018 beta test starts at 8:00 am on Thursday, July 20, running until 3:00am on Monday, July 31,and it will includes the modes Quickmatch and Online CO-OP.

PES representative Adam Bhatti  revealed that the team plans to launch the game beta in an interview with Shacknews.

This seems to be connected with the online mode and problems with quality issues when trying to play others around the world.

“You have to make sure that everyone can play together consistently,” Bhatti revealed.

“The fans do complain that it isn’t consistent for them, so what we’re doing this year, is for 11 days at the end of July, We’re running an open beta.”
