The FIFA 18 Protagonist's 2017-2018 Uniforms Has Been Revealed

Jul 03,2017

With The Journey of FIFA 17 getting re-introduced and expanded in FIFA 18, the protagonist Alex Hunter has returned to the limelight without any big surprise. However, what's surprising is using him to advertise a major team's apparels for the upcoming competitive year.

Of course, no matter if the Hunter stays in those threads or not is likely going to be up in the air. The virtual star wearing Chelsea threads means that his Season 2 story mode is likely going to take place within the club - but EA Sports has apparently hinted in other places that the transfer options would be part of the storyline as well, including the opportunity to join cover star Cristiano Ronaldo at Real Madrid.

And because the real world football has its own dramas, that itself can not guarantee. Rumors of a Manchester transfer has dogged Ronaldo for the last month.

The protagonist of FIFA 18, Alex Hunter can only be available on three versions of the game: The PC,PlayStation 4, and Xbox One are the only platforms to get the Frostbite engine version, which is necessary for the single player mode. PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Switch will all have FIFA 18 technically as well, but only in terms of the roster and stats updates. While they may benefit from FIFA's improved online infrastructure, the full-price release of these lesser versions seem to have a little stiff surcharge for the right to play on older platforms.

On the other hand, some people may be able to put Nazario, Maradona, Henry, Yashin, Pele, and Ronaldo all on the same fantasy team.

FIFA 18 will be appearing on pretty much every platform on September 29, 2017.
