A Lot of Excellent Players Are Included in FIFA 18's New Path to Glory Cards

Mar 12,2018

The Path to Glory is a new addition to this year's FIFA 18 gameplay. As early as Autumn, 25 players have released special cards.

These cards were 'living items', which means that they will be updated automatically if the players happen to feature in things like the Team of the Week, or if they get another special card.

Now, as we are closer to the start of the upcoming World Cup this summer, 25 more players have been given PTG cards as part of the Spring Edition.

The 25 players formed a full squad, with the 11 Starting XI, seven Substitutes and five Reserves. However, it seems that a lot of the focus have been put on the attacking players instead of the goalkeepers.

The highest rated player in this squad is Gonzalo Higuain from Juventus. He has an overall rating of 92, with 82 pace, 87 dribbling, and 91 shooting.

And almost all of other players' overall ratings are above 80, and a number of Premier League players made the cut, including Liverpool's Roberto Firmino, Manchester United's Anthony Martial Chelsea's Willian, and three players from Manchester City: Raheem Sterling, Ilkay Gundogan, and Bernardo Silva.

Ryan Bertrand from Southampton, Olivier Giroud from Arsenal, and Jamie Vardy from Leicester are also getting in the team.

Majority of these players will compete for a spot  in their international teams ahead of the World Cup this year.

Throughout the game, And EA Sports will be continually releasing special versions of players throughout the tournament, so these Path to Glory cards could be more over this summer.
